Milner Research Services, LLC History
The firm was established December 2005, in Boone, North Carolina by James R. Milner III, and is one of the few independent firms in the North Carolina high country offering professional research services tailored to North Carolina mountain area real estate.
We provide extensive and timely title research services to licensed North Carolina Attorneys, and operate under strict compliance with NC General Statutes 84-2.1 and 84-4.
In January of 2008, Milner Research Services, LLC decided to focus on the assistance of those professionals involved in Commercial Real Estate here in the Boone, NC area.
